RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Merchandise can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Items returned should not be damaged. There is a 20% restocking fee for all returns. Customer will pay for return shipping. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund unless the return is the result of an error by XIM Technologies, Inc.
